Simple, transparent massage pricing in Port Pirie.

Sessions at Massages By Sarah range from a focused 30-minute treatment through to a 90-minute full body or layered session. Pricing is consistent, no membership tiers, no introductory promotions — just a fair rate for the time spent on your body and the work that goes into it. Cupping can be added to any session, or booked on its own.

How to choose your session length

A quick guide to picking the right time slot.

Not sure how long to book? Here's how most clients think about each option. If you're still unsure, mention what's going on when you book — Sarah will suggest a length that suits.

30 minutes — $50

Quick, focused, single-area

Best for one specific area that needs attention — a stiff lower back, a tight neck, sore shoulders. Popular as a top-up between longer sessions, or for clients on a tight schedule. There's still time for a short check-in at the start, but the bulk of the appointment is hands-on.

45 minutes — $65

Two areas, a bit more depth

Time for a couple of related areas — back and neck, hips and lower back, shoulders and head. Also the length used for stand-alone cupping appointments. A good middle option for clients who want more than a quick fix but don't need a full hour.

1 hour — $85

The most-booked option

The most-booked session for a reason — enough time to settle in, talk through what's going on, and work thoroughly across several areas. Suits remedial, sports, deep tissue, relaxation and hot stone treatments equally well. The best place to start if you're new to massage.

90 minutes — $120

Full body or layered treatment

Space for a full body session or a layered treatment that combines techniques — for example, a remedial massage with cupping woven through tight areas, or a relaxation session with warm stones added for depth. A favourite for clients dealing with several connected issues or who simply want a longer reset.

Private health rebates explained

Claiming through your fund — what to check before you book.

Many private health funds in Australia offer rebates for remedial massage as part of their extras cover. Whether you can claim, how much you get back, and any annual limits depend entirely on your fund and your specific policy. Massages By Sarah cannot guarantee a rebate — that decision sits between you and your insurer.

Before your appointment, it's worth a quick call to your fund to confirm: that you have remedial massage cover on your extras, the rebate amount per session, any annual limits and how much of those you've used, and any specific provider requirements they have. Receipts are provided for any session that may be claimable, with all the information your fund typically needs.

The pricing on this page reflects the full out-of-pocket cost before any rebate. If your fund processes the claim at the time of payment or after the fact, the receipt will be the same. For more detail, see the blog post on health-fund rebates for massage.

Pricing FAQs

Common questions about pricing and bookings.

Different lengths suit different goals. A 30-minute session works for one focused area on a tight day. 45 minutes covers a couple of areas with a bit more depth. The 60-minute session is the most-booked option — enough time to settle in and work through several areas thoroughly. The 90-minute session gives space for a full body treatment, layered techniques like remedial plus cupping, or deeper work on areas that need it.
