Massage frequency depends entirely on you — your body, your goals and where you're starting from. Here's a sensible way to think about it.

For ongoing pain or chronic tightness

When something is actively bothering you, weekly or fortnightly sessions for a short stretch can help build momentum. Once things settle, many people move to monthly maintenance.

For sports recovery and active lifestyles

Active people often book fortnightly through heavier training blocks and monthly through quieter periods. Cupping can be a great add-on around events.

For general wellbeing and stress

A session every four to six weeks is a popular rhythm — frequent enough to support a calm nervous system, spaced enough to feel like a real treat.

If you're brand new to massage

Start with one session, see how your body responds, and Sarah can suggest a rhythm from there. There's no commitment — every appointment is booked individually.
